In order to do backup or use services provided by any third party, you can export part of the content into copies after logging into Mindvivid products or services, for example the export of Brainastic Performance Report from mvPortal. There may also be links connecting to websites of any third party which are neither possessed nor controlled by Mindvivid. Hence, Mindvivid will not be responsible for the use of these information. If you intend to remove or delete your information, you can contact us for removing the relevant Mindvivid products, services or the information inside.
In some cases, we retain data for limited periods when it needs to be kept for legitimate business or legal purposes. Therefore, when you plan to delete certain information, still our existing and backup system will automatically save your data for a period of time.
